01Adaptive mobility
Jubilee Lake Restoration
The Jubilee Lake Pilot Project is proving that meaningful access and responsible stewardship are best achieved through collaboration. Working alongside the United States Forest Service, elected officials, engineers, contractors, volunteers, nonprofit organizations, and community partners, we are repairing an existing trail while building a practical, repeatable model for maintaining public lands. What began as one community coming together to solve a local problem has grown into a nationally significant pilot project focused on accessibility, accountability, and protecting taxpayer investments. Together, we are demonstrating that collaboration can create lasting solutions that benefit both people and the places we all cherish.

World Record in Colorado
What if the most important thing a doctor ever told you turned out not to define the rest of your life? After being told his spinal cord was continuing to deteriorate, Brent Oliver refused to let a prognosis become a definition, setting out to accomplish what could become multiple world records while challenging long-held assumptions about what may still be possible after a catastrophic spinal cord injury. Today, physicians are studying Brent's extraordinary recovery as a potential N of 1 case because they believe his journey may represent something rarely, if ever, seen before. This is more than a story about mountains, endurance, or records. It is a story about hope, about refusing to surrender to a prognosis, and about proving that the human spirit is often far more powerful than anyone imagined.

Blind to Blind
High Timber Dreams, founded by Ryan and Deanna Gascon, is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing healing outdoor experiences for veterans, active-duty military members, first responders, youth, and others through hunting, fishing, and conservation.
Because our missions are so closely aligned and Ryan and Deanna are close personal friends, the Brent Oliver 541 Foundation is proud to work hand in hand with High Timber Dreams to remove barriers that would otherwise prevent individuals with disabilities and mobility limitations from participating in those life-changing experiences.
Together, we helped create an accessible hunting blind that gives more people the opportunity to experience the healing power, purpose, and connection found in the outdoors. Learn more about how this partnership is providing meaningful access to life.

Tyler Hoffman
When Tyler Hoffman suffered a devastating rollover accident that left him with severe neck and back injuries, life changed in an instant. The Brent Oliver 541 Foundation stood alongside Tyler and his family, helping remove barriers that stood between him and returning home. Through advocacy, fundraising, and accessibility improvements, we worked to create a safer path forward during one of the most difficult seasons of their lives. Today, Tyler is back home, rebuilding his future one day at a time.

Terry's OK Tire
For more than half a century, Terry's OK Tire has kept our community rolling. But when disability and age threatened to separate a father from the business he had spent a lifetime building, the Brent Oliver 541 Foundation brought an entire community together to change the outcome.
What followed wasn't just a remodel. It was the preservation of a family's legacy, proving that meaningful access can keep purpose, dignity, and generations working side by side.
