Brent Oliver 541 Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit working to remove barriers for those who cannot do it alone.
Our mission in motion
The Brent Oliver 541 Foundation is launching an ambitious, multi year pilot project at Jubilee Lake in northeastern Oregon, one of the highest used recreation sites in the USFS Region 6.
Beginning in fall 2026, this effort will address decades of deferred maintenance on the existing hard surface trail while bringing together elected leaders, public agencies, businesses, volunteers, and disability advocates behind a shared vision of meaningful access. Designed to serve as a model for future meaningful access projects on public lands, this collaborative effort demonstrates what can be accomplished when people come together to solve real problems.

The story behind the mission
After a catastrophic motorcycle accident in 1991, Brent Oliver survived injuries that should have ended his life. He rebuilt himself through relentless rehabilitation and turned that fight into a foundation for others.
